Computer Programming

DEVOPS ENGINEER (REMOTE)

Full Time / Part Time Available 

Our DevOps engineers work across the entire breadth of our technological landscape. From writing and testing code all the way to provisioning and deploying to our cloud infrastructure. You will work directly under the CEO (who will also be coding) and will be given full autonomy to solve problems your way and to experiment with any technologies you see fit. 

This is a fully remote position.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER (REMOTE)

Full Time

Working with schools is a big responsibility and we have a duty of care to ensure that they receive the highest quality of customer support. As such we will need an energetic and focussed customer support manager to empower and encourage the customer support team to provide quality customer support to our clients. In addition to leading the Customer Support team in your region you will be expected to complete managerial duties, seek opportunities to make a difference in the communities that we work within and also to be hands on with customer support enquiries.

This position can either be on-site or fully remote depending on regional requirements.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Full Time

Working with schools is a big responsibility and we have a duty of care to ensure that they receive the highest quality of customer support. As such we will need a number of energetic and focussed customer support associates to take the initiative and to provide quality customer support to our clients. In addition to proving first level support to our customers in your region you will be expected to seek opportunities to make a difference in the communities that we work within and also to provide feedback on how we can better support our customers.

This position can either be on-site or fully remote depending on regional requirements.
